Long Service Rewarded

It was a double celebration last week at The Cutting Corner as Olwen celebrated 15 years at the salon and Gillian marked 10 years of loyal service.

Owner Jez says that Olwen was still the best ever interview and trade test. "Immediately I met Olwen and saw her work, I knew that she would be outstanding and that I wanted her in my team. She just oozes class and has been a pleasure to work with for 15 years."

When it comes to Gillian Jez says that there's probably nobody in the world who can look after clients in quite the same way. "Her conversations are legendary. Her clients come in for her latest adventures as much as her brilliant hairdressing."

As part of their reward for their long service Jez is sending them to Wella to spend the day with Akin Konizi, who has recently won Fellowship Hairdresser of the Year and is one of the top names in British Hairdressing.
