Team Member of the Month - September 2008

September 2008 was another great month for Louise gaining her our Team Member of the Month for September 2008.

It's been a fantastic couple of months for our Louise, who last won the award only two months ago when she also earned her promotion to Hairdesigner. Not only has Louise been busier than ever, she has been producing her greatest work yet. The feedback from her ever growing client list has been tremendous and she is now focused on her gaining her next promotion to Senior Hairdesigner.

Apart from looking after her clients, Louise also manages our stock control and is now busy training the team in Indian Head Massage techniques which we will soon be introducing into our 1 hour System Professional treatment which she learned as she passed her NVQ level 3 qualification.
