August 2009 Team Member of the Month
Congratulations go to Shelley who has won our Team Member of the Month for August 2009.
2009 is going fantastically well for our Shelley who regularly wins our prize that recognises achievement, initiative, skill advancement and excellence in client care.
Apart from gaining new clients every month and continually looking for new ways to please them, Shelley has taken on the role of Salon Trainer and is re-organising & restructuring the training of the Assistant team. During the rest of 2009, Shelley will be working towards her City & Guilds A1 Assessors Award which will enable our Assistants to progress their N.V.Q. level 2 training, maximising the standards and optimising their time.
For her prize, Shelley will go with some of our previous award winners to a fantastic hair show in Wella's London Studio where she will see Darren Ambrose, a former Avant-Garde Hairdresser of the Year and one of Wella's key Design Team.
